This training workshop provides practical steps to help businesses grow customer awareness and loyalty to their brand. The workshop will be facilitated by David Glover who has over 30 years experience as a CEO and Board Director working in the UK, US, Australia, Indonesia and New Zealand. He has led multinational advertising agencies, a state-owned enterprise, and owned a number of entrepreneurial businesses.
