Facilitator:
The workshop will be led by , Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Step Up: Equity Matters. Amy specializes in DEI Learning & Development, assisting leaders at all levels in embracing their roles in creating inclusive futures. With a background in project management, facilitation, consulting, nonprofit leadership, and operations, she connects with participants through humility and humor. Amy holds degrees in Sociology and Geography, along with a Certificate in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2016, she received the Early Career Alumni award from the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies for her contributions to equity, diversity, and inclusion in sustainability. She is an accredited coach through the International Coach Federation and Six Seconds.
