This interactive workshop invites you to join a community-driven session focused on navigating the future of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. As we gather in a listening space, we’ll explore two central questions: What are the most pressing DEI priorities in our workplaces today, and how can we leverage our individual and collective strengths to drive positive change? This session combines open dialogue with guided activities, empowering you to identify actionable steps and connect with others passionate about creating equitable workplaces.

Facilitator:

The workshop will be led by , Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Step Up: Equity Matters. Amy specializes in DEI Learning & Development, assisting leaders at all levels in embracing their roles in creating inclusive futures. With a background in project management, facilitation, consulting, nonprofit leadership, and operations, she connects with participants through humility and humor. Amy holds degrees in Sociology and Geography, along with a Certificate in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2016, she received the Early Career Alumni award from the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies for her contributions to equity, diversity, and inclusion in sustainability. She is an accredited coach through the International Coach Federation and Six Seconds.
