About this Event
Join us for an inspiring evening as David Gottfried, Founder of the U.S. Green Building Council and World Green Building Council, and Ben Stapleton, Executive Director of USGBC California and Senior Fellow at USC’s Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab, come together for Building to Last: A Fireside Chat on Legacy & Sustainability.
From 5:00 – 6:00 PM, the fireside chat will explore themes of leadership, legacy, and how sustainability must be woven into the foundation of what we build, whether in business, communities, or the environment. The conversation will be deeply engaging, drawing on the experiences of two pioneers who have helped shape the global green building movement.
From 6:00 – 6:30 PM, the floor will open to audience questions.
Following the discussion, attendees are invited to stay afterward for networking, where students, professionals, and community members can connect with one another and engage with the speakers more personally.
This event is part of the Sustainable Futures Series, bringing visionary leaders to USC to spark dialogue and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
