Stop by the Saranac Laboratory Museum during Winter Carnival for a special look at the history and changes made to the designing and building of Winter Carnival's centerpiece, the Ice Palace, presented by Dean Baker.
Dean Baker has been helping build the Ice Palace for over 40 years. In 2007, he was named the director of the Ice Palace Workers 101. Baker retired as director in 2024.
