About this Event
This 4-week workshop provides you with the tools necessary to navigate complex human experiences. Explore what true self esteem looks like for you, how to discover your authentic self, learn how to set and maintain boundaries, build a healthy model for any relationship, and interrupt cicular thinking patterns.
Sunday, October 8 1pm – 2pm: Blueprint of the Healthy Self-Esteem
Esteem is defined as recognition. So, how do we recognize ourselves? We’ll create a blueprint for a new perspective of our relationship with ourselves.
Sunday, October 15 1pm – 2pm: Blueprint of a Healthy Boundary
Healthy boundary is defined as ‘knowing where I end and others begin.’ Without this clarity we feel overwhelmed, resentful, invaded and confused. We’ll draw the blueprint for a new perspective.
Sunday, October 22 1pm – 2pm: Blueprint of any Relationship
All relationships help us learn and grow; some help us thrive. We’ll create a blueprint for a new perspective of any relationship.
Sunday, October 29 1pm – 2pm: Blueprint of the off-ramp of Circular Thinking
Non-productive circular thinking usually starts with the thought, “This happened and it shouldn’t have" or, "This shouldn’t have happened and it did”, or “Life or others should have/shouldn’t have". We’ll create a blueprint for recognizing the off-ramp from this type of thinking.
