Drawing from her experience working with leaders and organizations around the world, Angela introduces the TEAMS framework, a simple yet powerful approach to building trust, energy, alignment, momentum, and service within any organization.
Participants will reflect on the everyday behaviors that shape culture, learn how service strengthens connection and commitment, and leave with clear actions they can take immediately to strengthen their teams. This session is designed to move people from participation to ownership, so teams don’t just grow in numbers, but in belonging, engagement, and impact.
About the Speaker
Angela R. Lewis is the Founder of Lewis Consulting Group, where she works with organizations and leaders to build strong teams by clarifying voices, strengthening connections, and creating cultures where people feel valued and supported. She also serves as Head of Customer Success at SpeakerHUB, supporting a global community of more than 60,000 speakers in extending the reach of their ideas through meaningful relationships and service-driven leadership.
An author, former Division I and professional basketball player, Angela’s work is grounded in the belief that care is the foundation of great teams, and that how we show up for one another in conversation, service, and leadership determines whether people simply participate or truly belong.
