Join Amy for a strengthening, rejuvenating yoga practice to help cultivate balance in body, mind and spirit, even in the midst of stress and volatility. We will flow through mindful movements and held postures, pranayama (breath work), sound healing, meditation and mantra.We'll briefly discuss the Ayurvedic approach to health and wholeness and you will leave with a simple daily practice to help regulate your nervous system, keep you grounded, and nurture a sense of joy.
