About this Event
Grief changes everything — but so does resilience.
Join for an intimate and healing-centered workshop designed to help families, care providers, and community members explore what it means to rebuild after loss.
Through shared stories, professional insight, and guided reflection, participants will learn practical ways to nurture emotional, physical, and spiritual resilience while honoring the memory of their babies gone too soon.
You don’t have to be “strong” — you only have to show up.
And that’s where healing begins.
What to Expect:
- A compassionate keynote message on rebuilding life after loss.
- Insightful panel discussion featuring a stillbirth survivor, OB/GYN, doula, and therapist.
- Guided reflection using the Building Resilience After Loss workbook.
- Gentle mindfulness and grounding exercises.
- Optional moment of honor to remember your baby with love.
- Community connection, hope, and resources to continue your healing journey.
Who Should Attend:
- Bereaved parents and families
- Birth and bereavement professionals
- Caregivers and supporters seeking understanding
- Anyone looking to nurture healing and resilience after loss
Why Attend:
Because healing isn’t about moving on — it’s about learning how to move forward, with love, grace, and hope.
You’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and equipped with tools to carry your story and your strength into tomorrow.
