As SVP, Anita's current role focuses on strategic and tactical approaches to strengthen organizational health (culture) and drive business results. Her extensive experience in change-oriented initiatives and leadership is supported by her proven record of helping organizations and groups meet goals by building relationships to gain commitment, developing buy-in, creating culture change, and expanding leadership capacity. This has positioned Anita as our most sought-after master facilitator nationally.
