Building Healthy Meals (Dec 4)

In this class brought to you by CalFresh Healthy Living and Nevada County Public Health, In this interactive class, we will discuss how to create healthy meals as we work our way through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, all with budget in mind. Participants will have a chance to share ideas and create a meal plan to use at home. Class includes a recipe and tasting. This will be an in-person class.
