About this Event
The aim of this course is to provide an interactive session on the positives and benefits of building healthy habits. Students will also begin to identify any undesirable habits they may like to work on.
In this course you will gain understanding of what habits are, recognise healthy habits and how to implement them into daily life.
Students will also gain the opportunity to identify their undesirable habits and look at approaches to start refining them. Students will have the opportunity to complete their own wellbeing wheel and gain an understanding of basic theory around activities of daily living.
