Cedar Bridge Foundation is excited to present Building Confidence and Connection, an empowering class in our Bridge to the Future Social and Life Skills series. This session is designed for adults with exceptional needs and unique abilities and focuses on strengthening self-esteem, friendship skills, and a sense of belonging.
Through guided discussions participants will:
Recognize their personal strengths and build self-confidence.
Learn how to form and maintain safe, healthy friendships.
Practice making positive choices and handling challenging social situations.
Gain strategies for responding to hurtful behaviors with confidence and respect.
The class creates a supportive space where participants can grow their independence, strengthen social connections, and feel empowered to navigate daily life with confidence. By building both inner strength and healthy relationships, Building Confidence and Connection reflects Cedar Bridge Foundation’s mission of empowering people and expanding possibilities.
