About this Event

This July the CIOB and Building Brum bring together industry leaders and key stakeholders from prominent Birmingham city centre developments to explore the advantages, challenges, and opportunities of urban build-to-rent projects, all while emphasising the crucial role of place-making within society.

Guests will hear from some of the UK’s leading construction professionals as they explore the importance of regeneration and how it has shaped master planning, from Great Charles Street to Hockley Mills. The session will focus on what needs to happen within the built environment sector to enhance and create communities through major regeneration projects across the region.
