Together, we’ll explore how honoring your child’s body, brain, and emotions can strengthen resilience, build emotional safety, and nurture body trust from the inside out. You’ll gain practical tools to support your child’s well-being, especially if their needs fall outside the “typical,” and begin to unlearn harmful cultural messages around bodies, behavior, and belonging.
