We're excited to announce that all instruction and ensembles will return to Temple University facilities for Fall 2021, subject to the university's public health protocols.
This fun and stimulating class is a must for young musicians. Students will build a strong foundation of listening and performing skills through singing, rhythmic movement, tonal and rhythmic patterns through the Gordon Music Learning Theory, learning to read basic musical notation, and strengthen their aural skills to match pitch using the Kodály system of hand signals and solfege syllables.
Class is designed for children ages 5-8
October 2 - December 11 (no class November 27), Saturdays at 11am
Spaces are limited - Register NOW! https://tinyurl.com/BuildingBlocksTheory
Classes are held at Temple University Center City (1515 Market Street, 5th Floor, Philadelphia – Across from Philadelphia City Hall and LOVE Park) Easy access via SEPTA - iseptaphilly.com (regional rail, subway, bus) and we offer discounted parking!
