Building and managing high performing teams is a key part of being an effective manager, but it requires specific knowledge, skills and techniques.
Being able to build and manage a high-performing team is critical for the success of any organisation. A well-functioning team can achieve more together than individuals working in silos, and can lead to increased productivity, higher job satisfaction, and better business outcomes.
Join us on this one day workshop to develop your ability to build and manage high performing teams. Your trainer on the day will be Carole Castle, who has helped team leaders and supervisors to achieve 100% pass rate with their Apprenticeships, of which 80% were distinctions.
Carole will take you through this one day workshop, helping you learn techniques and strategies needed to get the best out of yourself, and your team.
This workshop will run from 10am until 4pm with lunch, unlimited teas and coffees, at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel, 5 mins walk away from Birmingham New Street's train station.

- Management styles and techniques and how to adapt their approach when necessary
- Building a high performing team - creating a positive team culture, team dynamics, building trust within the team, and encouraging collaboration and communication
- Strategies for motivating teams and individual team members
- Developing your team members
