Terence Bostic, PhD, is a Principal at CMA Global, where he applies industrial psychology to improve organizational productivity and talent engagement. He has extensive experience as a consultant, helping businesses worldwide tackle complex people and talent challenges. Terence is particularly adept at guiding executives to step back, relax, and approach problems from new perspectives.

With a background in both clinical and industrial/organizational psychology, Terence has a deep understanding of stress management and leadership resilience. His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science from The College of William and Mary, a Master of Science from Bucknell University, and a Doctorate from Saint Louis University.

Terence is a licensed psychologist in Missouri and a published author in international, peer-reviewed journals on issues of stress management and resilience. He is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Consulting Psychology.

Terence lives with his wife and two daughters and is passionate about running every day.
