Honey Box Live's Amplifying Grassroots Talent Development Days are a way to grow your knowledge and experience through workshops run by industry professionals!

This practical morning workshop is about converting attention into action — helping artists and music professionals understand how to move people from passive followers into genuine fans who attend gigs, buy merch, support releases, and stick around for the long haul.

We’ll break down what a sustainable fanbase actually looks like in 2026, why chasing numbers alone is a trap, and how smart artists design clear pathways from social media, email lists and content into real-world income and engagement.

You’ll explore:

• How fans really discover, follow, and financially support artists
• The difference between audience size and audience value
• Turning content into connection (and connection into sales)
• Practical tactics for gigs, merch, releases and mailing lists
• Common mistakes that stop artists converting interest into income

We’re also joined by Horus Music, a global artist services company built around long-term independence. Horus work with artists at every stage to help them retain 100% of their rights while developing sustainable careers through distribution, publishing, fan engagement tools and strategic release planning. Their perspective is firmly about career longevity over quick wins, making them a perfect fit for a session focused on fan conversion and long-term growth.
