Building a Self Practice – Week 2Moving with Clarity & Purpose

This session is Week 2 of a 4-part Building a Self Practice series, and is also fully designed as a stand-alone workshop.
In this workshop we’ll explore how to move with greater clarity, intention, and self-trust. You’ll be guided to set goals from a place of compassion rather than pressure, and to tune into your body’s cues with care and curiosity.
Together we’ll explore how to balance strength, mobility, and stillness in a way that responds to your energy, mood, and lifestyle — so your practice feels supportive and nourishing, not another thing on your to-do list.
This session is ideal if you:
~Want to make yoga, tai chi, or pilates-style movement part of your daily routine
~Are looking for ways to move more independently and confidently
~Would simply love a deeply nourishing 2.5-hour movement practice
~Are starting fresh, or refining an existing practice
No prior experience is needed — this workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to start or improve a daily movement practice.
You’ll leave with practical tools to set motivating goals, adapt movements to suit your body, and continue practising in ways that genuinely support you.
As a bonus, you’ll also receive a home practice video to help you keep moving gently and consistently at home.
