Building A Queer Community

Jane’s Walk is an annual festival of free, community-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs.
Michael Phair and a special guest are leading a special edition of our 2024 Summer Series of Walking Queer History tours in conjunction with Jane's Walk again. Starting and ending at Michael Phair Park, this tour gives you the opportunity to learn about the defining moments that helped shaped our queer community, including the Gay Alliance Towards Equality and the gay disco district of 104 St
