This session will delve into the critical role of just coal transition in the context of Southeast Asia’s pathway to low achieving carbon Net Zero Emission targets and commitments to phase down coal and introduce the Just Coal Transition Platform, implemented by ETP and the World Bank.
The platform will provide a platform mechanism that will create knowledge and facilitate learning, generate and disseminate good practices, and create line-of-sight connectivity between donors and regional partnerships to facilitate the flow of investments to support the communities in the coal regions of Southeast Asia.
