About the Workshop Leader
Michelle Betschart, based in Zurich, is a seasoned Strategic Advisor and Leadership Coach with over a decade of experience at the intersection of leadership, team development, and business excellence. Her career spans diverse industries and geographies, from dynamic startup scenes (eatplanted, Stop The Water While Using Me, JLS Digital) to large international corporations (Philips, Heineken, Swisscom) and boutique consultancies across Zurich, Amsterdam, and Hamburg. Michelle has a proven track record of fostering individual growth alongside leaders, building high-performance teams, and cultivating cultures of excellence that drive sustainable business success.
Her expertise in international marketing and business development was honed after obtaining her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), a renowned business school in Switzerland. Early in her career, Michelle took on leadership roles and recognized the importance of clear vision, nurturing individual strengths, and building strong relationships to achieve sustainable results. For her, successful collaboration is based on passion, commitment, and a shared goal.
Shifting her focus more towards leadership coaching, Michelle later applied her experience in a boutique advisory firm, where she supported national enterprises, including the Swiss military, in improving corporate culture. With her cross-industry experience and holistic approach, Michelle specializes in guiding high-growth companies through critical scaling phases, ensuring their long-term success.
