He was one of the founders of Animal, the iconic British lifestyle brand founded in Poole, which grew from a £250 start-up investment to a £12m turnover business trading across the UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Asia, before being relaunched by Mountain Warehouse.
Today, through Elliot Brown Watches, Ian continues to build a brand defined by durability, precision, and purpose. In this open and honest discussion, he’ll reflect on leadership, brand-building, and growth – sharing real lessons learned from decades of building product-led businesses designed to stand the test of time.
