The inside story of how the Greater Things team has used Visual Development and AI-powered engineering to build and scale technology
About this Event

In this two-hour in person session, Jof Walters shares the inside story of how the Greater Things team has used Visual Development and AI-powered engineering to build and scale technology ventures with a combined enterprise value exceeding $500 million. This is not a theoretical talk about the future of AI. It is a practical, experience-led session grounded in real company building.

The first part of the session walks through:

  • How product development for startups has evolved over the last decade
  • How that evolution has effected go to market, teams and the way we raise money
  • What the future of tech businesses will look like - the risks and opportunities
  • Dispelling the myths and nonsense

You will gain a clear view of how modern product teams are structured, how MVPs are validated faster than ever before, and what it actually takes to build high-value technology companies in today’s environment. After a short break, the second half becomes practical and interactive.

Jof will run a focused advisory session on how you can use AI and Visual Development tools to build your own MVP. This will cover:

  • Where is AI software development right now and what is coming next
  • Working with Agents to make software well
  • Common mistakes in building software with AI
  • Publishing and protecting yourself

You will leave with a clearer roadmap for launching your own product in weeks, not months.

This session is ideal for founders, operators, technical leaders, and ambitious professionals looking to build, invest in, or advise AI-native companies.
