Join us for in-person event "Trending Topics: For Today's Women" 'Build Your Personal Self-Care Toolkit'.
About this Event

We are offering a six-week, in-person women's empowerment group titled "Trending Topics: For Today's Women", with the third topic being 'Build Your Personal Self-Care Toolkit'.

A self-care toolkit is not sold in stores. It can be viewed as a work of art, and you are the artist! Learn about the various ways in which you may already be taking care of yourself, and others you did not even think of. In this session, you may hear things about self-care that will surprise you, and the stories or other women that have experienced doubt, hesitation, and resistance to taking care of the person that matters the most: YOU!

You are invited to attend any or all of the sessions and feel free to bring your lunch. There is no charge for the meetings, and beverages will be provided.
