Back by popular demand & as promised, we'll be hosting a build a Charcuterie Board Workshop, but this time, you'll be building. Char-Boo-Terie Boards!Sign up for our workshop where Ruby's Treats & Charcuterie owner & operator, Jennifer will guide & provide you with some tips & tricks to build a beautiful charcuterie, grazing board. Whether this is your first time building a charcuterie board, or tenth, you will have an opportunity to bring home a beautiful medium sized palm leaf platter (feeds 2 to 4 people) filled with fresh, premium ingredients & scratch made, seasonally curated jellies, dips, treats & more that you built yourself to devour! All supplies, including food for the board are provided. You can also BYOB (bring your own board or tray granted it's large enough to style your charcuterie spread on)!
We only have 7 spots available.
The cost per person is $75 plus GST.
- Food & beverages are available to purchase separately at Ruby's. No outdoor food or drinks are permitted.
- Minors are welcome
How to sign up:
- RSVP that you are attending
- Send us a private message to sign up. In order to save your spot, you will need to send payment.
- Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary needs (extra fee may be required for modifications)
No refunds or credits will be issued for no shows & cancellations. We are not responsible for sending event reminders to registrants, so best to schedule into your calendar so you don't miss the date.
A minimum of 5 participants is required to host the workshop. In the event there is low sign-up, the workshop will be rescheduled.
Workshop is being held at Ruby's Treats & Charcuterie store downtown.
