Taking place during our All Day Pal-entine's Soiree, this Build Your Own Charcuterie Class will feature the opportunity to learn from Chef Jake Osburn about how to build a beautiful spread of cheese, meat, and fruits. He will also teach your how to make some heart shaped lavash crackers!
Included with your $50 ticket is one glass of wine, an approximately 8 inch heart shaped wooden charcuterie board with utensils, your choice of a variety of cheese, meat, and fruit to fill your board, and a brief presentation about how to design your board in an aesthetically pleasing way. The charcuterie board and utensils are yours to take home with you!
