This February, join the Running Lab Community Run: Build Your Base, a focused community run designed to help runners strengthen the fundamentals that matter most; cadence, posture, and steady aerobic running.
This session is all about slowing things down, running with intention, and learning how to move more efficiently so you can run stronger and more consistently in the months ahead.
Whether you’re restarting your routine or looking to improve your running form, this run is suitable for beginners and regular runners alike.
