Join us for a soulful morning of intention-setting, creativity, and deep nourishment in an intimate home setting. This is not a rushed workshop—it’s a gentle unfolding. We’ll take our time and allow the process to guide us.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and a guided meditation, helping you settle into your body, quiet the mind, and connect with what’s truly calling you forward. From there, you’ll be guided into the vision-boarding process—creating from intuition rather than pressure or perfection.
Throughout our time together, singing bowls and sound healing will be woven in to support relaxation, clarity, and integration, helping your intentions land not just on the page, but in your nervous system.

$95 per person
This all-inclusive, half-day experience includes guided meditation, breathwork, vision board supplies, live sound healing with singing bowls, and nourishing snacks, tea, and water. Space is intentionally limited to 10 participants to create a calm, supportive, and personalized experience.
