This is a group for everyone interested in real estate investing, including: fix & flip, buy & hold, commercial, multi-family, seller financed notes, new construction & nightly rentals to create financial independence through massive and passive income while creating a legacy for our children, grandchildren and other worthy causes.
We will be learning and implementing: paying 2/3 less taxes for the rest of our lives, paying off mortgages, car loans, student loans, credit cards, personal loans or business loans in 1/3 the time or less, using retirement accounts to invest in real estate tax free legally & ethically, managing and repairing personal credit as well as building business credit without a personal guarantee, networking with like-minded individuals to collaborate with, to work with, to play with and much, much more...
"What is Financial Success and what does it mean to me? It's not 10K a month or a million dollars. To me, financial success is: "I can do What I want to do, When I want to do it, with Whom I want to do it with, and choosing Where I want to do it, regardless of time and costs involved." It's written in my wallet, my mirror, my head and my heart. It means I bought my FREEDOM and I get my LIFE back!"
