About this Event
The Motherhood Lounge is a safe, affirming space created for Black mothers to build community through every stage of the motherhood journey. We come together to uplift one another, share real moments, and bond during the most challenging and transformative times. At The Motherhood Lounge, you’re never alone; we will continue to grow in motherhood, together!
We gather every 3rd Saturday in-person.
Flexibility & Stretch with The Motherhood Lounge
Loosen. Lengthen. Strengthen.

This Flexibility & Stretch class will be led by Lisa from Gracefully Lis, offering gentle, intentional movement to help release tension, improve mobility, and build strength in a calm, encouraging, faith-centered environment.
This is a space to slow down, care for your body, and reconnect with God, while honoring the season of motherhood you’re in.
Please note: This is NOT a yoga class.
What to Expect:
- Gentle stretching and mobility-focused movement
- Functional strengthening to support everyday motherhood
- A peaceful, faith-centered atmosphere
- Connection and encouragement with other moms
Children Welcome:
Children are welcome to attend, however we kindly ask that they remain close to you during the class. You are also more than welcome to attend without your children if that feels more comfortable for you.
What to Bring:
- A mat or blanket for your comfort
- Comfortable clothing
- A water bottle and an open heart
