PAINT | LA is more than a program—it’s a pipeline that connects people to training, leadership development, and business readiness, while strengthening community wealth across Greater Los Angeles.

About In the Mix
In the Mix, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing inclusive workforce development and entrepreneurship to support economic mobility across Greater Los Angeles. Our programs are delivered in collaboration with YWCA Greater Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Department of Economic Opportunity, the California Jobs First initiative, and a network of community- and employer-based partners. Together, we expand access to skills development, career advancement, and pathways to ownership for under-resourced communities.
