Join Lauren Stuart (perinatal fitness instructor and birth educator) to build a birth plan that makes you feel educated, encouraged, and empowered in all of your birthing choices. You will leave this workshop with an overview of the most common choices birthing people are presented with during birth and access to a virtual birth plan. We will also cover what to consider for your postpartum journey. This workshop will include time for questions and options for more support from Lauren. We are excited to help you build the birth plan that is best for you. Birth partners are encouraged to attend.
