Buggy's kickoff party will feature complimentary food and refreshments while offering an amazing opportunity to connect with the Buggy team, see one of our micro warehouses receiving and delivering orders live, and learn more generally about Buggy.
The event is open to anyone interested in investing in Buggy, current Buggy investors and team members, and those interested in learning more about Buggy.
The event will feature a who's-who of Buggy's exceptional management team, with each team member helping to explain a different element of Buggy's go-forward plans.
You will meet Buggy’s CEO - Nicole Verkindt, a leading Canadian entrepreneur, former Dragon on Dragon's Den, Investor on the Podcast "The Pitch" and founder of OMX, Nicole brings her wealth of experience and extensive startup career to lead Buggy's rapid growth and expansion.
By attending you'll also have the opportunity to hear from Buggy's CFO Taylor Smith, Buggy COO Akram Hasanov, and Buggy for Brands Lead Ben Jones alongside members of our advisory, marketing and operations team.
The event will begin with refreshments and appetizers available for guests.
Throughout the event Buggy's COO Akram will begin offering personalized small group tours of our warehouse location (located close to our office) explaining the ins and outs of Buggy's operations. Tours will depart regularly throughout the evening so you'll have multiple opportunities for a tour of our warehouse.
Around 4pm the first presentation will begin with CEO Nicole Verkindt talking about the rapid logistics industry, Buggy's future and plans for Buggy after the investment round. She'll be joined by CFO Taylor Smith who will walk guests through Buggy's financial model and explain the intricacies of the unique business model.
After presentations guests will have a chance to continue enjoying appetizers and refreshments.
Later during the event the second presentation will commence with Buggy for Brands Lead Ben Jones talking about Buggy's partnership with major CPG brands. Ben will talk about Buggy's plans for monetizing brand relationships and detail how Buggy for Brands is helping grow Buggy’s top and bottom lines.
The official event end time is 7:00 pm but Buggy team members will remain available for anyone who has additional questions about Buggy of the investment process.
