Bug Convention #36!OBS! Denna information kommer att uppdateras eftersom.
Fredag 27 Juni startar Bug Convention #36 med en samling strax norr om Örnsköldsvik, exakt placering kommer närmare våren, klockan 15.00 för att förflytta sig 3.5 mil inåt landet i en lång karavan till Björna Camping!
Vi har hela campingen till vårt förfogande och där ni som kommer med en luftkyld folkvagn och campar på området gör detta GRATIS. Det finns ett servicehus, ett flertal toaletter och duschar, el och vatten. Allt detta kommer att vara gratis för er!
Väl framme på campingen och medans ni bäddar ut rock n’ roll soffan i er buss, rullar ut liggunderlag eller bara njuter av en kall öl tillsammans med en vän så förbereder Övik Bug Fans en grym middag till er som åkt med oss i karavanen till träffen! Som vi så klart BJUDER på!
Efter middagen på fredag kväll laddar vi upp med något gott för att sedan köra Kahoot!
Programmet inför lördagen för den officiella Bug Convention #36 kommer under våren. Men ni som brukar besöka oss vet ungefär vad ni kan förvänta er.
Det kommer bli tävlingar, topp 5, peoples choice, lotterier osv..
Vi kommer i år göra en liten twist av FINNKAMPEN. :) Upplägget är så klart, hemligt..
Det blir Sverige mot Finland i en rafflande kamp om det finaste priset denna helg. Ska det Svenska laget även i år ta hem denna tävling?
Mot slutet av träffen hålls prisutdelning för tävlingar och lotterier, därefter behövs något i magen!
Vi har tillsammans med Hotell Björnforsen ordnat en välfylld grillbuffé som ni omöjligt kommer gå hungriga från, till ett pangpris av 229kr! Vi har restaurangen för oss själva mellan 18-19.00, därefter är det öppet för allmänheten att besöka restaurangen. Efter 19.00 kommer vi ha prisutdelningen för topp 5 och peoples choice på Hotell Björnforsen, så se till att komma i tid!
Kvällen bara fortsätter.. efter prisutdelningen bjuder vi in till ännu en grym trubadurkväll med våra favoriter Daniel och Marcus! Är det bra väder, så sätter man sig på Björnforsens stora uteplats med utsikt över vackra Gideälv och Björna camping.
Från Björna camping till Hotell Björnforsen är det 600 meter att gå.
På campingområdet gäller egen dryck men på Hotell Björnforsen är det inte tillåtet att medföra egen dryck.
Vi har dock fått ett bra pris på dryck, så vi tänker att den baren är tom när vi drar oss ner till campingen igen mot natten.
En kombinerad bastu/vildmarksbad släpvagn kommer finnas på campingområdet och kommer vara varm både fredag och lördag.
På fredag är det varmt från cirka 17.00 och lördag cirka 16.00.
Det kommer finnas frukostbuffe att köpa på Hotell Björnforsen för 79kr både lördag och söndag morgon från 09.00 för er som bara vill komma och njuta hela helgen utan att behöva bry er om att laga mat!

Bug Convention #36!
NOTE! This information will be updated continuously.
On Friday, June 27th, Bug Convention #36 will start with a gathering just north of Örnsköldsvik (exact location will be announced closer to spring) at 15.00 to move 35 kilometers inland in a long caravan to Björna Camping!
We have the entire campsite at our disposal and those of you who come with an air-cooled Volkswagen and camp in the area will do so for FREE. There is a service house, several toilets and showers, electricity and water. All of this will be free for you!
Once you arrive at the campsite and while you are setting up the rock n’ roll sofa in your bus, rolling out a sleeping mat or just enjoying a cold beer with a friend, Övik Bug Fans will prepare a great dinner for those of you who have come with us in the caravan to the meeting! Which we of course invite you to for free!
After dinner on Friday night we will recharge with something good to drink and then play Kahoot!
The program for Saturday for the official Bug Convention #36 will come in the spring. But those of you who usually visit us know more or less what to expect.
There will be competitions, top 5, people's choice, lotteries, etc.
This year we will do a little twist on FINNKAMPEN. 🙂 The set-up is of course, secret..
It will be Sweden against Finland in a thrilling battle for the best prize this weekend. Will the Swedish team take home this competition again this year?
Towards the end of the meeting, there will be an award ceremony for competitions and lotteries, after that something is needed in the stomach!
Together with Hotell Björnforsen, we have arranged a well-stocked barbecue buffet that you will not be able to go hungry from, for a bargain price of 229 SEK! We will have the restaurant to ourselves between 18-19.00, after that it is open to the public to visit the restaurant. After 19.00 we will have the award ceremony for the top 5 cars and people's choice at Hotel Björnforsen, so make sure to arrive on time!
The evening just continues... after the award ceremony we invite you to another awesome troubadour evening with our favorites Daniel and Marcus! If the weather is good, you can sit on Björnforsen's large patio with a view of the beautiful Gideälv and Björna camping.
From Björna camping to Hotel Björnforsen it is a 600 meter walk.
On the camping area you are allowed to bring your own drinks, but at Hotel Björnforsen you are not allowed to bring your own drinks.
However, we have received a good price on drinks, so we think that the bar will be empty when we go back down to the camping site towards nightfall.
A combined sauna/hottube trailer will be available at the camping area and will be hot both Friday and Saturday.
On Friday it will be hot from around 17.00 and Saturday around 16.00.
There will be a breakfast buffet available for purchase at Hotell Björnforsen for 79 SEK both Saturday and Sunday mornings from 09.00, for those of you who just want to come and enjoy the whole weekend without cooking any food.
