Join us at Swizzle Dinner & Drinks for an unforgettable evening celebrating the bold, timeless flavors of Buffalo Trace and E.H. Taylor bourbons—paired with an inspired five-course tasting menu.
Each course is carefully crafted to complement a different expression from the Buffalo Trace collection, including E.H. Taylor Small Batch, Rye, Single Barrel, and Barrel Strength. Highlights include cast iron-seared lamb meatballs, duck breast with cranberry compote, and braised short rib with fig red wine reduction—finished with a warm blueberry oat clafouti and vanilla ice cream.
All of this, enjoyed with sweeping views of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River from our signature revolving dining room.
Thursday October 16th from 7pm - 9pm
$150 per person - includes the 4-course meal and bourbon pairings + tax and gratuity.
