Join us for Re:Vision’s 3rd Annual Buen Provecho – Cultivando el Futuro de Westwood
After a small pandemic hiatus, we are back! Join us for a beautiful evening of Westwood grown and made cuisine as we come together as a community to celebrate our work and our mission. This year’s Buen Provecho will highlight the people and work of our RISE Westwood Campus – our Promotoras (and David), our chefs, and our art entrepreneurs that together are creating a healthy, vibrant and thriving Westwood at our campus.
Buen Provecho!
You’ll hear this phrase used by Latinx cultures throughout the Americas. It’s a simple phrase that is used to wish you happiness in one of life’s simple pleasures: enjoying a meal. Provecho comes from the word “aprovechar,” which means “to make the most of it.”
In the spirit of honoring the food security work our team leads across Southwest Denver, Buen Provecho recognizes the importance of food in building community, and the stories of those in Westwood who are using their skills and talents to “aprovechar” and overcome the most severe health, safety, economic, and social issues in Denver.
5pm - 5:45pm: Cocktails and small bites in the RISE Westwood Gallery
6pm: Program & dinner begins on La Granja (the Re:Vision Farm)
List of chefs and sponsors coming soon… and if you know us, you know they will be good.
