�BUDDY DAY!!�We're excited to be hosting a Buddy Day event on Thursday, September 25th from 4:30-5:30pm in Old Lyme!
This fun event is a great opportunity for students to share their love of martial arts with a friend and practice their leadership skills! Students will have the opportunity to train with their buddy and assist them with the basics of our power stances, punching and kicking, and combos. We'll also have fun with some martial arts games!
This class is free for students who are bringing one friend. (Sorry, we cannot accommodate additional guests.)
Please register ahead of time via email or online once you confirm with a friend.
Guest must be age 6 or older, and not already a member of Rise or other martial arts school. Bring someone who you think would be interested in joining us as a new student!
Guest must bring in a signed form/waiver found on the back of the invite in order to participate.
