Originally founded as an informal check-in between veterans to offer support and bond as they transition into civilian life, the Buddy Check is associated with suicide prevention and mental health advocacy. We carry on that mission by meeting on the 22nd of each month as active military members, veterans and significant others to provide a safe place to talk to fellow veterans and get support to manage through the life's challenges. We want to also celebrate the positive experiences and continue on the conversations in a smaller, more quiet venue than our monthly Coffee Haus.
