This four-week program is designed for students 10 -17 years of age who have a deep desire for expressing their world through art and who want to explore and expand their own style while learning different techniques and modalities. We are focused and invested in what we create for the entire four-week session. Class meets 9:30 - 11:30 AM. Pre-Registration is required! We will explore several different mediums including pencil, pen & ink, brush markers, colored pencils, watercolors and acrylics, plus touch on calligraphy, script, nature journaling and personal picture books. These materials are easy for students to tote with them as we explore the natural world of flower garden and wooded dunes and focus on many natural objects like shells, skeletons, taxidermy mounts and more! I will encourage students to work on their craft between classes and bring in anything they’ve created outside of class to share with us.

Students MUST be 10 years old by July 1, 2024 to participate
