About this Event

Our program Buddies & Weights aims to cultivate an enjoyable and welcoming environment that improves your child's quality of life through physical activity and fosters new and rewarding friendships—designed for teenagers aged 12 - 15. This 3-week program will be held every Tuesday from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Session 2 runs October 29th through November 19th.

Led by CBRC Personal Trainer Calista Wade-Trent, SPED Specialist, is enthusiastic about assisting children in acquiring lifelong skills that promote good physical and mental health. She aims to explore various ways to stay active and have fun through fitness, fostering a healthy lifestyle.
