Join us for two mornings of insightful and thought-provoking talks with Prof. Guang Xing (Centre of Buddhist Studies, University of Hong Kong), as he explores timeless Buddhist teachings on the nature of suffering and the path to genuine happiness.

Drawing from the Buddhaโ€™s wisdom, Prof. Guang Xing will shed light on the root causes of human unhappiness, how our thoughts and behaviors shape our lives, and how Buddhist philosophy can help us live with greater clarity, compassion, and peace.
