Lama Tsony will talk about how we can use adversity as an opportunity for transformation and awakening, followed by discussion.
About this Event

It seems that we in the midst of unusually significant and disruptive change. It is a perfect time to sharpen and apply our Dharma practice and discern the methods and tools that will be most effective for our spiritual growth, for navigating change, and for helping the world around us.

Dharma Teacher Tsony will speak about how to work with our minds and experiences during challenging times. He will draw particularly from Shamar Rinpoche’s “The Path to Awakening: Convert Adversities into the Path”. Tsony will provide opportunity for discussion on how we relate to the times and the teaching.

The talk will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Rockville, Bld 4, Rm 44.
