About this event
If you are interested to hear how Buddhist practice and philosophy can be applied in our everyday lives, Andriy Toloshny will be discussing the foundations of Buddhist teachings and how we can use meditation practice to create lasting and positive impact our lives.
The lecture will run approximately 1 hour followed by a Q&A and a guided meditation. Lectures and meditation are suitable for newcomers and experienced Buddhists alike.
About the speaker
Andriy met Lama Ole Nydahl in 1999 during his visit to Kyiv, since then he has practiced Diamond Way Buddhism and was an active member of the Kyiv and then Moscow Diamond Way Buddhist community. He organized pilgrimages to India and actively participated in Russian Winter Tours during which, in 2008, Lama Ole asked him to travel and teach in Diamond Way Buddhist centers around the world. He moved to London in 2016 and currently, he lives at the London's Beaufoy Buddhist Centre.
