Generally we believe that our problems are ‘out there’ waiting to be stumbled upon. In this half day course you will learn how problems are actually created and solved within the mind. This is the power of Buddhism, it puts us in the driver’s seat of our own life.You will be guided through peaceful meditations that you will be able to take away and practice in your life, giving you the confidence to meditate. You will also be offered advice on how to integrate Buddhist instructions into daily life and given the opportunity to discuss the teachings with like-minded people.
This half day course is perfect for beginners and for those who are wishing to deepen their understanding and practice of Buddhism and meditation.
