Prajna prayer, Esoteric meditation, mantras, Visualisation, Buddhist prostrations, tapping technique, how to integrate parts of ourselves and how to break free of limitations patterns.

Sifu Jane is a experienced Dharma teacher, healer and life transformer, and brings her unique and powerful abilities of creating change.
Ordained in 2008 Vajracharya, Sifu Jane has made huge impact on her own life and the lives of others.
She Founded the Brentwood Buddhist Centre in 2012, she has led many retreats and has conducted hundreds of ceremonies. She now offers the teachings to the wider community in places around the UK.
We aim to make Buddha Boot Camp a safe and healing experience.
