Buddha Amityaus, the Buddha of Long Life, wisdom, and merit, has the power to bestow upon us long life, profound wisdom and great good fortune. During the retreat, we will engage in beautiful chanted prayers, lightly guided meditations, and mantra recitation requesting blessings for ourselves and others to enjoy a long, happy and meaningful life.
The retreat will be lightly guided by the resident teacher and Buddhist nun, Kelsang Yonchen.
