BuckSlam is the Twin Cities' only monthly poetry slam, and even though fall has arrived, the competition is just starting to heat up! At BuckSlam, up to twelve performers duke it out in a two-round battle of poetry for a chance to win ONE ENTIRE DOLLAR** and a shot at the crown. We've been fawning over all the poets who've graced the BuckSlam stag(e) these past few months, and we're so bucking excited to see who will walk away with the doe ($) this October. So grab a buck, grab a buddy, grab a beverage, and come experience some original poetry at 6:30pm at Indeed Brewing Company on Wednesday, October 8th. Herd that!ALL AGES SHOW!
Doors at 6:30pm. Show at 7pm.
$1 cover. $1 prize.**
Sign-ups open the morning of the slam and close at 6:55pm

*Indeed Brewing Co. does not have a masking policy, but BuckSlam will provide and encourage the use of masks*
VENUE INFO: Indeed is wheelchair- and walker-accessible, although the doors do not have automatic door openers. The space has multiple gender-neutral, accessible restrooms, and there are no steps to get to the stage area. Outside food (but not drink) is allowed inside the venue.
