The crispy Southern fried chicken pieces are dipped in buttermilk, coated with seasoned batter, and deep fried with a crisp coating on the outside and tender, juicy chicken on the inside. It pairs perfectly with Sparkling Picardan. The wine effortlessly cuts through the oil, salt, and fat in fried chicken which cleanses and refreshes your palate with every bite.
