Step into the new year with clarity, intention, and excitement for what’s possible. In this interactive workshop, you’ll create a personalized bucket list for 2026 that aligns with your goals, dreams, and desires. Together, we’ll set intentions, manifest, and anchor your vision for the year ahead.
💫 What’s Included:
- Manifestation + Visioning Exercise
→ Get clear on what you want to create, experience, and call in for 2026. - 12 Goals/Dreams for 2026
→ Write down one intention for each month and place it into your personal “bucket.”
→ We will supply the buckets, paper and pens. - Action & Accountability
→ At the start of each month, you’ll choose one goal to focus on, taking action steps to bring it to life. - RESET Breathwork with Ashley Maas
→ Release stored stress and emotions through conscious, connected breathing. - Sound Healing Journey with Loryn Sheahan
→ Ground, restore, and integrate with the powerful vibrations of sound.
This workshop is more than just goal-setting friends, it’s about building momentum, aligning with your purpose, and giving yourself permission to dream big in the year ahead.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING?
- Dress in loose and comfy clothing.
- A journal and a pen.
- A blanket, pillow, yoga mat, eye covering (optional) and anything else to help you create a comfotable and relaxing space for this experience.
- Please avoid food for at least 30 minutes prior.
- Arrive at 9:45am CST to set up a nice cozy space.
- Have an open mind and heart and be willing to receive
